Not the way we do it. Block paving gets a rotary surface cleaner at controlled pressure, then fresh kiln-dried sand in every joint. Render and delicate surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash instead.
It depends on shade, trees and how much the surface is used. Sealing after a clean keeps the colour and slows moss and weeds coming back. We are happy to advise on your own home.
Yes, we connect to your outside tap for water. If you do not have one, tell us when you book and we will sort it out.
Most surfaces are priced by the square metre, for example block paving from £5 per m² including re-sanding, and patios from £4 per m². Gutter clearing starts at £65 and bins at £5 a clean. Use the price guide above for a ballpark, and we confirm a fixed price before any work starts.
