Privacy
How we use the details you send us, in plain English.
Who we are
Sandbanks Pressure Washing Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16320636. You can contact us on 07917 151318 or at sandbankspw@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we receive the details you choose to send us. That usually means your name, phone number, postcode, what needs cleaning, any message, and any photos you send.
When you press Send my quote request, the details you typed are emailed straight to us. The website does not keep a copy. To stop spam, it keeps a scrambled code made from your internet address for a short time, used only to limit repeat sends. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with your words filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send. The price guide, the postcode checker and the driveway game all run on your own device.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and give you a quote.
- To arrange the job, text you a reminder and send photos when we finish.
- To keep the business records we are required to keep.
We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Only us. Your messages pass through the service that carries them: our website host (Hostinger) and our email provider (Google) for the quote form, or WhatsApp or your own email service if you use those. Our accountant may see job records where the law needs it.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for your enquiry or job, and for our business records as the law requires.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, tracking or advertising. It only remembers, on your device and for the current visit, that you have already seen the opening animation. The "Read them on Google" link takes you to Google, where Google's own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just call or email us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
